Information collected
We collect information submitted in access requests, account details, company profiles, prospect records, drafts, messages, replies, and operational logs. Authentication uses necessary session cookies.
How information is used
Information is processed to provide the workspace, evaluate access requests, research prospects, prepare drafts, track usage, and protect the service. Review AI results before acting on them. Do not upload sensitive personal information or data you are not authorized to use.
Service providers
Hosting and accounts use Vercel and Supabase. Company lookup uses Hunter. AI processing uses the configured Gemini or OpenAI provider. Resend handles enabled notifications; Twilio is optional. When paid billing is enabled, Stripe processes payment information. Only use outreach after the intended sending mailbox has been configured.
Retention and requests
Workspace records are retained while the account is in use. Automated deletion periods are not yet configured. Contact the operator through the access form for an access, correction, or deletion request; backup and operational retention must also be reviewed. Do not submit passwords or API keys through that form.
